Over the past years, CityU’s College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) has been a breeding ground for meaningful connections and friendships among mainland, overseas and local students. These cherished bonds continue to hold a special place in their hearts.

Celebrating this camaraderie, CLASS collaborated with the Alumni Relations Office to organise a lively reunion dinner for alumni residing in Beijing on 21 April 2024. The event was a resounding success, with over 40 CLASS alumni rejoicing at the joyous reunion.

The gathering dinner was also joined by Prof Alfred HO, Dean of CLASS, who took the opportunity to share the latest developments at CityU and highlight the strategic initiatives of CLASS. He actively engaged in conversations with the alumni, offering practical advice and support available from the College.

Infused with hope and optimism, this reunion brought the alumni together and opened doors for potential collaborations. It allowed CLASS alumni to extend unwavering support and give back to the cradle that once nurtured their success, thereby creating a bright future for the generations to come.
