ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral presenters have 15 minutes (12 min talk + 3 min Q&A) for regular presentations. All oral presentations must be in English.
Each presentation room is equipped with a PC connected to
a projector, laser pointer, and microphone.
Please bring your presentation file (MS PowerPoint) stored in standard media (USB or CD-ROM) to our staff in
the presentation room during breaks prior to your presentation. Our staff will assist you
with loading your file onto the conference computer. Those who wish to use their own notebook computers are encouraged to verify the compatibility before their sessions.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Each poster board has dimensions of 90 cm (width) x 130 cm (height). The recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm). All posters must be in English.
The display boards will be arranged by session groups and each
one will be identified by a poster number assigned according to the conference program. Presenters are
requested to be present at the posters during poster sessions to answer
questions and responsible for mounting and removal of their posters.
Tapes will be provided to affix posters onto the display panels.
