Residence Tutors (RT) are the pillars of the Hall management team. They are outstanding PG and UG senior students who are dedicated to create a positive impact in residents’ life. Student Residence Office (SRO) holds a wide range of training course to new RTs every year aiming at equipping them with knowledge and the skills they need to succeed.

Trust and teamwork are important for all members in the Hall management team. By adding some team building activities, challenging sports activities and teamed race to help RTs gain trust, grow in their ability to communicate and respect each other.
