I lost my student ID card

For Bachelor’s Degree and Associate Degree students:-

• Fill-in the Form and report to ARRO in-person (replacement fee)

For Taught Postgraduate, Professional Doctorate and Research Degree students:-

• Fill-in the Form and report to SGS in-person (replacement fee)

I forgot my room key card

1. Go to security counter at G/F
2. Pay HK$20 for one-off door opening fee

I lost my room key card

1. Go to SRO office (office hours) / security control room (non-office hours)
2. Present your student ID card for verification
3. Pay HK$100 for the replacement fee

1. Go to SRO office during office hours
