I lost my student ID card

For Bachelor’s Degree and Associate Degree students:

• Fill-in the Form and report to ARRO in-person (replacement fee).

For Taught Postgraduate, Professional Doctorate and Research Degree students:

• Fill-in the Form and report to SGS in-person (replacement fee).

I forgot my room key card

1. Go to security counter at G/F.
2. Pay HK$20 for one-off door opening fee.

I lost my room key card

1. Go to SRO office (office hours) / security control room (non-office hours).
2. Present your student ID card for verification.
3. Pay HK$100 for the replacement fee.

How can I get my address proof

1. Go to SRO office during office hours.
2. Present your student ID card for issuing address proof.
