Congratulations to Ms LEUNG Yen San on being admitted to Penn Carey Law's LLM Program
Congratulations to Ms LEUNG Yen San, a graduate of the School of Law at City University of Hong Kong (CityU), who has been admitted to the LLM programme at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
Ms LEUNG obtained her LLB in 2019 and PCLL in 2020 from CityU School of Law. We are proud to mention that Ms LEUNG is one of the very few applicants from Hong Kong who were admitted to Penn Carey Law’s LLM program this year.
The University of Pennsylvania is consistently ranked among the top 10 universities in the United States, and the Penn Carey Law School is ranked the 4th under the U.S. News Best Law Schools in the most recent year. Penn Carey Law is renowned for its focus on combining theoretical and analytical thinking with experiential learning. 恭喜香港城市大學（城大）法律學院畢業生梁艷杉女士獲賓夕法尼亞大學法學院法學碩士項目錄取。
梁女士於2019年取得城大法學院法律學學士學位，並於2020年取得法學專業證書。值得一提的是，梁女士是今年成功獲得賓夕法尼亞大學法學院法學碩士項目錄取的非常少數的香港申請者之一。
賓夕法尼亞大學一直位居美國大學前十名，而賓大法學院在最近的美國最佳法學院排名中位列第四。賓大法學院因其注重將理論和分析思維與體驗式學習相結合而聞名。賓大法學院鼓勵學生在發展過程中磨練自己的技能，從而為他們以創新、靈巧和廉正的未來做好準備。
