CityU Success at the 11th Asia-Pacific M&A Moot Competition
The City University of Hong Kong (CityU) participated in the 11th Asia-Pacific M&A Moot Competition (M&A Moot) this year. This esteemed event was jointly organized by the School of Law, Xiamen University and the China Mergers & Acquisitions Association (CMAA), featuring a total of 16 teams from Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and Taiwan.
The CityU team consisted of six students from the School of Law. With the support of the School of Law and the guidance of Prof. Wang Jiangyu and Dr. Lu Mengyu, the CityU team obtained three awards which are the Best Proposal of the Year, the Best Performance of the Year and the Best Team Member.

香港城市大學（簡稱“城大”）參加了由廈門大學法學院和全聯併購公會（CMAA）聯合舉辦的第十一屆亞太地區企業併購模擬競賽，競賽由十六支來自香港、澳門、中國大陸和台灣的院校代表隊參與。
城大團隊由法律學院的六名學生組成。在法律學院的支持下，以及在王江雨教授和呂夢宇博士的指導下，在這次競賽獲得了三個獎項，分別為最佳併購方案獎、最佳表現獎和最佳隊員獎。
