Ceremony of School of Law Scholarships and Other Students’ Achievements
The School of Law of City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) conducted the Ceremony of School of Law Scholarships and Other Students’ Achievements on 29 May 2024. The Ceremony was well attended by donor representatives, award recipients and their family members.
Professor LIN Feng, Dean of CityUHK School of Law, welcomed all participants to the Ceremony. He congratulated all the awardees and expressed School’s gratitude for the generous donations of donors. He also expressed appreciation for some alumni who approached him and were enthusiastic to set up scholarships for students. Those scholarships he remarked would make a difference to students especially when they are in financial difficulties. He also thanked staff members and family members of the recipients for their unfailing support.

Our student representative Luo Shangru being the scholarship recipient for Joseph LB Tse Scholarship expressed his gratitude to the donor for his generosity and vision in establishing the scholarship. He was also thankful that the scholarship encouraged him to expose himself to more opportunities of conferences and workshops as well as for personal and professional development. Another student representative Ye Yangting also expressed gratitude for the scholarship which has not only supported her studies but also facilitated her internship at the People’s Court News Media Headquarters.

香港城市大學（城大）法律學院於2024年5月29日舉行法律學院獎學金暨學生成就頒獎典禮。捐贈者代表、獲獎者及其家屬出席是次活動。
是次頒獎典禮共頒發多項獎學金予優秀的法律學學士、法律博士、法學專業證書及法學碩士課程的學生。

學生代表羅尚儒，也是謝立斌奬學金的得獎者，對於謝立斌先生的慷慨捐助及成立奬學金的遠見表示感激，他同時感謝奬學金給予他鼓勵，引領他開放自己，更積極參與學術研討會及於個人與專業範疇多作發展。另一學生代表葉陽婷表示奬學金不單經濟上支持她的學業，也有助益於她於人民法院新聞媒體總部的實習工作。
