  1. Customer relationship management
    • Manage customer lifecycle
    • Build customer relationship
    • Data analysis
  2. Products (Credit card/ mortgage)
    • Data analysis
    • Conduct research
  3. Distribution
    • Support frontline business managers
    • Conduct research
  4. Tech-related (no coding/ python)
  • Work with digital platform, like PayMe
  • Create reports
  • Support digital transformation efforts

Eligibility

Requirements
  • Previous internship experience is advantageous
  • Students from all disciplines including graduates and postgraduates (except PhD and MBA students), are welcome
  • Have a clear career goal
  • Be available to work full-time between July and December 2024
  • Have well-developed language skills in English
  • Have solid PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
