Introduction
Aim
To reward students who are facing some kinds of physical or mental health challenges and have made academic achievement.
Award Name | No. of Awards | Award Value Each (HK$) | Remarks |
Kiki Hung Scholarship | 3 - 6 | 10,000 - 30,000 | Preference shall be given to candidates who have proven financial difficulties. |
See Po Yan Scholarship | 2 | 10,000 | Preference shall be given to candidates pursing a degree or major offered by the Department of Chinese and History or Department of Linguistics and Translation and/or with financial need. |
Eligibility
CityU full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students who:
i. | are suffering from physical or mental hardship which has been documented medically; |
ii. | have completed two semesters of study at CityU after first admission; and |
iii. | have attained a certain standard of academic achievement, preferably with a CGPA of 2.8 or above in spite of his/her individual hardship. |
Details
Completed applications together with relevant supporting documents should be submitted to the general counter of Student Development Services (Collection Box No.2) by 5:00 pm, 3 February 2023 (Friday). Incomplete application or late submission will not be considered. (Application form can be downloaded HERE.
