Aim(s):

This two-day Sign Language Training Course aimed to teach the participants the fundamental concepts of sign language and encourage them to use sign language to include non-speaking people in their community.

Students were sitting in a semi-circle and looking at the sign language teacher. They followed her instructions to slightly raise up their hands and twist their wrists like signing “clap hands”. Some were feeling excited and some were a bit embarrassed

A student was being invited out to stand next to the teacher and face the class to practice signs with the teacher.

Students were laughing and some looked at the one next to her to see her reaction, maybe the teacher said something interesting to them.
