Art & Me Workshop

In this workshop, students were facilitated to connect with their body and emotions through a series of guided art activities and learned to use art in non-traditional ways for self-expression and understanding. After this workshop, students had acquired a skill of finding and communicating with their true self so as to be more able to control their emotions and thoughts.
