Pre-enrolment

All new students are required to perform the online pre-enrolment procedures before coming to the University for the in-person enrolment. The online process will guide you through steps to:

 

a. activate your Electronic ID (EID),

b. read and accept the Declaration upon Enrolment,

c. update personal data for communication,

d. indicate your choice in the Use of Personal Data in Direct Marketing,

e. complete the Declaration on Insurance Agreement (applicable to non-local students only),

f. submit photo for Student ID Card production,

g. submit identity documents for verification (for Master’s Students only), and

h. complete the General Health Questionnaire.

 

Upon successful EID activation, you will be entitled to use all electronic resources available at the University, such as CityUHK Portal, and access to a wealth of information relating to your studies. Click here to learn more about EID.

 

 

New students must submit their photos via AIMS before in-person enrolment. No cameras would be set up for photo-taking in the enrolment venues. For photo requirements and procedures, please refer to the websites below.
