Congratulations to Prof. Eddie Ma on receiving the Research Grants Council (RGC) Research Impact Fund (RIF) for 2024/25. His project, titled “Development and Validation of Novel Therapeutic Agents for Glaucoma Treatment through Integrated Preclinical and Clinical Studies with a Drug Repurposing Approach” has secured funding of HK$8.71 million.
This achievement highlights the exceptional research capabilities and dedication of our faculty. The RIF scheme aims to support local academics in exploring research that benefits the wider community, encouraging impactful projects and fostering collaboration beyond academia.
