The BIOHK2024 Convention was held at Hall 3D & E of HKCEC from 11 to 14 September. CityUHK was delighted to be the Platinum Sponsor this year, and Professor SUN Dong, the Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, visited our booth. BIOHK2024 was an exhibition that explored the future of healthcare, environmental sustainability, and bioengineering. We were thrilled to announce that one of our HK Tech 300 teams, Syngular Technology Limited, was awarded “Best Startup Company of The Year Award”.

This year,  representatives from 11 start-up teams joined the pitching session, showcasing their innovative start-up projects to the professional judging panels, investors and the public. Additionally, CityUHK promoted digital healthcare by collaborating with the Asian Fund for Cancer Research at the forum to engage in in-depth discussions with world-leading scholars on "The Path to Precision Medicine and Digital Medicine”.
