Reporting to the Office of the Senior Vice-President (Innovation and Enterprise) , the Knowledge Transfer Office (KTO) is the vital link between the University and the community in terms of the exchange of knowledge, which includes technology, know-how, skills and expertise, for both commercial and non-commercial applications. Through knowledge transfer, the Office aims to forge close ties with industry, business and the wider public for the betterment of Hong Kong and beyond.
Mission of KTO
KTO plays a pivotal role in the protection, exchange, and commercialization of knowledge created at City University of Hong Kong for the economic and social well being of the community. KTO aspires to become the gateway for easy access to the intellectual resources nurtured by the University.
