City University of Hong Kong proudly announces the participation of 34 innovative teams in the 49th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva (IEIG) 2024 in Switzerland. This highly anticipated event (17/4 – 21/4) is a platform for inventors and innovators worldwide to showcase their groundbreaking creations. 

Researchers from CityUHK achieved outstanding results with winning 36 awards, including two Special Prize, eight Gold Medals with Congratulations of the Jury, 10 Gold Medals, 11 Silver Medals and five Bronze Medals. In particular, winning eight Gold Medals with Congratulations of the Jury this year is a record high for CityUHK. Their success keenly demonstrates CityUHK’s excellence in high-quality research and innovation on the global stage.
