The CityU Philharmonic Orchestra will collaborate with
harmonica player Cy Leo and Taiwanese percussionist Shih-San
Wu to kick off the Arts Festival 2018. Cy Leo and the CityU
Philharmonic Orchestra will bring you the Harmonica Concerto
by Michael Spivakovsky, Gypsy Air by Sarasate and Spanish
Fantasy by Toledo. Together with Ms Wu and her students,
CityU Philharmonic Orchestra will perform world premiere of
‘Ran Yi Yu’, a piece composed by Chi-Jou Cho.
開幕音樂會將在城大黃翔羅許月伉儷講堂舉行，首先由口琴演奏家Cy Leo
與城大管弦樂團帶來口琴與管弦樂的合奏，曲目包括Michael Spivakovsky的
口琴協奏曲、Sarasate的Gypsy Air for Violin and Orchestra和
Toledo的Spanish Fantasy for harmonica and orchestra，再有來
自台灣的知名敲擊樂家吳思珊，率領幾位學生與城大管弦樂團為觀眾帶來作曲家
卓綺柔的作品《冉遺魚》，音樂會更是此曲的世界首演！彩演出。
