You can access your Microsoft 365 (M365) Exchange Online account from your mobile devices using either the device's built-in "Mail app", or "Microsoft Outlook app" which can be freely downloaded from Google Play (for Android device) or App Store (for iOS device) and installed on your mobile devices. Using "Microsoft Outlook app" is the recommended way to access your Microsoft 365 (M365) Email as well as OneDrive for Business data on your mobile devices.
