How to check my M365 storage usage?

1. Check Email Usage
   1. Sign in to Outlook on the web.
   2. At the top of the page, select Settings/gear icon located upper right corner of your browser.
   3. Select General, then Storage option within left hand navigational pane.
   4. All your folders will be listed.

      

2. Check OneDrive Usage
   1. Sign in to M365 and then select OneDrive.
   2. View the current OneDrive usage at the left bottom corner.
