Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies (Top-Up Degree Programme) 理學士(建築學)
This is a pre-professional architectural top-up degree programme accredited by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) / The Architects Registration Board HKSAR (ARB)* since 2014. The programme aims to offer a well-balanced curriculum with an emphasis on the technological aspects of architectural design and construction. The current HKIA/ARB Accreditation is valid until December 31, 2025.

Professional Recognition
From December 2014 the Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies has been granted an Accreditation of Part I (pre-professional) by the HKIA/ARB. The Programme was revalidated in December 2020 and has been granted an unconditional term of Accreditation of Part I (pre-professional) by the HKIA/ARB for a period of five years from 1 January 2021.
