  • Email Activation
    1. Each email activation link will remain active for 10 minutes.
    2. An email containing the activation link will be promptly dispatched to your registered email address. Please check both your email inbox and the junk folder. Should you not receive the email, you may retry after 10 minutes.
    3. Upon completing the email activation process, please close the current browser. If the status is not updated, please revisit the activation page.
  • Payment
    1. If the payment is unsuccessful, the subject(s) will appear in the [Pay Pending] section under the [Assessments]. Please attempt to select the subject(s) again after 30 minutes.
    2. If you have received the payment receipt(s) but the subject(s) do not appear in the [Pay Success] section under the [Assessments], please forward the payment receipt(s) to [STEAM.Challenges@cityu.edu.hk] before the application deadline for further assistance.
  • Assessment Arrangements
    1. The assessment details, including the selected subject(s), assigned seat(s), and assessment venue(s), will be available in the [Venue & Seat] section under [Assessments] within one week prior to the assessment date.
    2. In case the assessment details are not available in the [Venue & Seat] section under [Assessments] two days prior to the assessment date, please send an email to [STEAM.Challenges@cityu.edu.hk] along with your Applicant ID for additional assistance.
