The Department of Social & Behavioural Sciences is recruiting outstanding graduates of top universities for the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS). Apart from the additional scholarship and free 1st year student accommodation that the CityU Graduate School offers, our Department has committed to scholarships to cover the Fellow's tuition fees in the remaining years.
