Professor Jiangyu Wang quoted in BBC China “China’s Anti-Foreign Sanctions Act is brewing, and four things to watch in response to the U.S. toolbox”

Professor Jiangyu Wang, Director of the CCCL, informed BBC China that the anti-sanction law serves two primary functions. The first is to provide China with an effective legal weapon to retaliate against the sanctions imposed by foreign companies on domestic companies. The second is to punish foreign politicians and officials who impose sanctions.
