Professor Wang Jiangyu, RCCL Director, commented on the daily new programme China 24 of CGTN (China Global Television Network) about the newly adopted National Security Law for Hong Kong by China’s National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC). He shared his views on how to understand Articles 38 and 55 of the Law, as well as, the possible impact of U.S. sanctions on Hong Kong’s status as an international financial centre.
