Professor Wang Jiangyu, Director of RCCL, published an Op-ed at Singapore’s Chinese newspaper Lianhe Zaobao in which he argued, in response to the increasingly popular views in China that the Covid-19 outbreak might slow down globalization and even squeeze China out of the globalization process, that China will always be an indispensable player in globalization as long as it remains an economy open to international trade, investment and talents.
