We are pleased to announce the publication of Volume 7, Issue 3 of The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law (CJCL). CJCL is an independent, peer-reviewed, and general comparative law journal published by Oxford University Press. Two RCCL core members, Professor Liu Qiao and Professor Wang Jiangyu, are its Editors-in-Chief. The new issue features articles on English Law, Hong Kong Law, Chinese Law, international law, and artificial intelligence and comparative law. Two articles, “Limits on Contractual Freedom” by Michael Bridge, and “Artificial Intelligence ante portas: The End of Comparative Law” by Lutz-Christian Wolff, are chosen as “Editor’s Choices” in this issue for open access.
