Professor Wang Jiangyu, Director of the Centre for Chinese and Comparative Law, was quoted in a report of the South China Morning Post (SCMP) for his comment on the decision of China’s National People’s Congress (NPC) to postpone its 2020 annual gathering, which was originally scheduled for early March, to a undecided future date.
