Body
Professor Yang Chen is an assistant professor at the City University of Hong Kong. He has received an LLB from China University of Political Science and Law, an LLM from London School of Economics, and another LLM and SJD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Yang works primarily in the areas of intellectual property law, with a keen interest in particularly trade secrets law and right of publicity. He also researches in trademark law and copyright law. His works have appeared in several journals such as the Queen Mary Journal of Intellectual Property Law, University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law, and University of Pennsylvania Asian Law Review.
