Dr. Cherry Lee joined in 2020 as a Scientific Officer for the Jockey Club College of Veterinary Medicine and Life Sciences.
Expertise in Small Animal Practices, Dr. Lee received her Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences at the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2012. She has a strong interest in emergency and critical care, having worked in that field for 6 years, as well as 2 years in primary care in various clinics in Hong Kong. She completed the Master of Veterinary Medicine (Companion Animal) at Massey University, New Zealand in 2019. She is currently working toward the Postgraduate Certificate in Veterinary Education offered by the Royal Veterinary College.
At JCC, she teaches the clinical skill practical classes for BVM 3, 4, and 5 students, and provides support to faculty staff. She is an EMS coordinator who manages the Pre-clinical and Clinical EMS courses for BVM 4, 5, and 6 students. She is also tutoring in Problem-based Learning classes for Animal Body, and Function & Dysfunction courses.
