Abstract

Abdominal exploration is used by many surgeons as a method of diagnosis for abdominal disease, often in an emergency setting. A proper method using a check list is advised to prevent missing certain organs and thus possible disease entities. This interactive lecture will focus on how to do it right and will help with making some tough choices while exploring.
