SOLAR.E Tech offers efficient and reliable cooling technology to address the issue of heat-induced efficiency loss in existing photovoltaic (PV) panels. PV panels are affected by changes in ambient temperature and heat generated during operation, which can reduce their performance and reduce durability due to thermal cycling. For widely used monocrystalline silicon panels, every 10°C increase in temperature leads to a 5% decrease in output and doubles the heat-related failure rate. SOLAR.E’s absorption evaporative cooling technology can lower the panel temperature by 18 to 20°C under the midday sun on sunny days, resulting in more than a 10% increase in power generation.
