This Video Streaming System for Underwater Activity is a fully-contained solution to deliver subsurface entertainment.
While streaming services and aerial photography have become increasingly popular, there is a gap in the market for underwater photography and videography streaming.
Our solution is a complete system in which an underwater robot, connected via optical fibres to an unmanned surface vehicle, performs videography and audio synching and transmits it to the surface vehicle. The vehicle subsequently transmits the video via highly responsive antennas, which effectively “streams” the activity for remote viewing.
The target users for this end-to-end solution include the videography industry, researchers performing subaquatic research and YouTube or related streaming celebrities in search of new avenues to unleash their creativity.
Our product is unique, and our team, composed of engineers with substantive experience in robotics and communication technology, is capable of delivering this product.
