SENtoR

“SENtoR.NET” is an innovative Hong Kong project, which has adopted a “T (Tutor) + T (Therapist)” model, integrating the concept of outreach “private tutoring” and “rehabilitation training”. The project connects and matches tertiary students who provide private tutoring services with the families of people with Special Education Needs (SEN) under the supervision of rehabilitation professionals, thus improving the affordability and accessibility of SEN services.

“SENtoR” means SEN to Rehabilitation, SEN to Resources, and SEN-centered tutoring and training. Our team aims to connect people with SEN and their families to rehabilitation-related resources by providing tutoring, training, mentoring and caring services. We wish to create a nurturing and supportive community for people with SEN and their families as a long-term goal.
