Ihealth helps patients simplify normally complex chronic disease management using AI. Using a mini-app, we aim to achieve medication management, monitoring report management and visualization. This will also build a bridge between doctors and patients to achieve accurate data submission and support multiple doctor treatment to reduce premature mortality and prevent disease deterioration caused by improper management.
