The platform consists of three parts: 1) an RPG game script design based on counselling skills helps clients learn self-healing; 2) the reaction live drama therapy on a metaverse platform provides anonymity and capture the client's reaction using AI technology; and 3) clients can offset the fees for using the service if they are willing to share their counselling experience with other clients with psychological or mental-health problems.
