Ms Sabrina Leung is the managing director of Chamberlain Educational Services Centre and the supervisor of Chamberlain Institute.

Chamberlain Educational Services Centre is committed to promoting Eastern-Western education, culture, and creative art promotions and exchange programs. It also provides professional consultation and guidance to students who plan to study abroad. Ms Leung believes that studying abroad is highly beneficial to students. She hopes the young generation have their chance to travel, learn and make themselves useful and contribute to their country and society when they return to their homeland.

Chamberlain Institute has introduced the bespoke western creative art & design education model to Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area of China. It focuses on inspiring creativity and further developing students’ potential in the art & design domain. Ms Leung wishes to nurture the young generation to become excellent creative talents who can help establish more Chinese-owned international brands.

Ms Leung is a member of AICPA (USA), FCPA (HK), and a member of the British Psychology Society. She graduated from Reading University in the UK with BSc in Psychology with honour. After that, she studied for a MA in Business Administration at Boston University in the US.
