Ms Jenny Chan Pik-ha is Sales Director of KGI Asia Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of China Development Financial Holdings Ltd., one of the largest merchant banking group in Taiwan with operating hubs in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Seoul, Singapore and San Francisco. Ms Chan has been working in the securities and finance industry for more than 30 years with rich experience in global financial market. Prior to joining KGI Asia, she was Chief Executive Office of Lippo Securities Ltd.

Ms Chan graduated from the Executive MBA programme of CityU. She is also a UC Berkeley alumna and the first Stanley Wang Fellow, a highly-regarded fellowship conferred by the institution. As a Wang Fellow, she spent 12 weeks at UC Berkeley where she attended classes and interacted with professors and senior executives from large international corporations such as Boeing and Microsoft. The experience extensively widened her exposure in international business and education.

After graduation from the EMBA programme, Ms Chan has become a strong advocate and supporter of CityU. She has been deeply involved in University and alumni activities, and as invited to join CityU Eminence Society to serve on the Executive Committee and later take up the role of Chairman. She is committed to promoting the image of the University and its relationship with the community. She spent considerable effort helping the CityU’s College of Business (CB) to establish its first Teaching Excellence Awards and Research Excellence Awards to promote its accomplishments in teaching and research. She has also been involved in all accreditation exercises including AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA of the College in the past years. In recognition of her contributions, the EMBA Chan Hok Yan Executive Classroom was named after her father.

Ms Chan is a recipient of CityU Honorary Fellow 2020. She is currently also a CityU Court member and a member of the CityU Foundation.
