Mr Xavier Roso is a start-up founder, market-entry expert & ecosystem builder based in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area.

He is the Co-Founder & CEO of Expando, the AI-powered referral software that connects B2B SaaS companies with referral partners in APAC to build a predictable referral pipeline.

Expando is building Asia-Pacific's largest partner ecosystem where SaaS companies can find and recruit referral partners in APAC in one place.

With a robust background in international business development & entrepreneurship across North America, Europe, and Asia, Mr Roso also has significantly contributed to various tech ecosystems.

Mr Roso has served as an International Trade Advisor, delivered France's national acceleration program French Tech Tour America for SaaS Startups, played a pivotal role in launching a French Video collaboration platform, WorkAdventure in Hong Kong and Singapore, and scaled the operations of French open-source company, The Coding Machine in Hong Kong.
