Mr Wilson Man currently leads HR Operations of HSBC for Hong Kong and North East Asia. He has been working in HSBC and other multi-national banks since he graduated from CityU in 1991.

Mr Man has extensive transformation experience in banking environment through technology. Covering retail banking, corporate banking; from front office, middle office to shared services centre across different markets in Asia Pacific.

Mr Man was based in Shanghai between 2004 and 2011 and contributed to the rapid expansion of HSBC in China when the market was opened up for foreign banks.

In addition to the Honor Degree of Business Studies received in 1991, Mr Man was conferred by CityU a Master Degree of Information System Development in 1997.

Mr Man is passionate in identifying improvement opportunities and maximising benefits of investments through the simple and basic solutions. He also enjoys sharing experience with the younger generation.
