Mr Wayne Cheung is a great learner, thinker and an entrepreneur who founded King’s Properties and TGS Sustainability Education. He has a Hong Kong pedigree. Growing up locally, Mr Cheung developed an early interest business and education.

After completing his Computer Science degree at King's College, University of London, Mr Cheung returned to Hong Kong and has worked in the IT industry since then. Mr Cheung was privileged to have worked for several Fortune 500 IT companies, including Olivetti, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle. During this time, he focused mainly on Marketing & Sales/Business Development for High-End Servers and Network Infrastructure businesses. Mr Cheung accomplished all his goals, was recognised as one of the industry's top executives, and was honoured with several professional awards.

Mr Cheung loves learning and believes that lifelong learning will provide us with wisdom, enjoyment, and a positive impact on our personal and professional lives. He continued his education and earned additional certifications in:

• Stanford Graduate School of Business - LEAD Innovation
• Oxford Said Business School - Future of Real Estate
• University of Cambridge - Business Sustainability Management

Mr Cheung's continuous studies expand his knowledge, advance his career, and inspire new innovations. In a few programmes, Mr Cheung's work received the highest grades. Having won a few awards, he was recognised as one of the distinguished scholars. Wayne's voyage of lifelong learning never ends.

His first IT innovation is a real estate platform to make it easier for landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and agents to have an enjoyable experience and complete transactions. Early in 2023, his second innovation venture was introduced to allow local students to enjoy their sustainability learning journey, thereby contributing to the achievement of certain United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
