Mr Victor Pang graduated with BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering in City University of Hong Kong. He was further awarded two master degrees in Engineering Management and Juris Doctor. Mr Pang has 25+ banking operations and technology experience in top tier international financial institutions. He is currently the Managing Director, Deputy Head of Hong Kong Branch, MUFG (Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group) Bank Limited and responsible for its IT, Operations and Transformation functions.
