Mr Stephen Lee is a seasoned pharmaceutical practitioner with a deep understanding of business operation models, people management, and various therapeutic area experience, especially in oncology products, NGS.

He helped the new start-up of Hong Kong Science & Technology Park (HKSTP) Incubio laboratory to convert their research into commercialised products: in the first cohort (September 2021), all the laboratory projects related to Biotech innovation went through a 12-week programme for concept validation, creating a business model, research with key users, then executing into a business and register of company and collaborate with tech transfer office of HKSTP. His appointment as a mentor was extended from February 2023 for another 2 years. He has been the mentor for the DeepTech100 programmes organised by the Techno-Entrepreneurship Core of The University of Hong Kong (HKU) for cohorts 2 & 3 since September 2023.
