Mr Lui is the Government Affairs leader, Capital Market Group Leader, Hong Kong Digital Asset Leader and Audit & Assurance partner of Deloitte China Southern Region.

He has been with Deloitte for 20 years and he has assisted more than 50 entities in their initial public offerings in Hong Kong over the past years and he is the lead client service partner of a number of listed companies.

He is also responsible for the affairs and relationship with the Government Units and the development of the Greater Bay Area.

Mr Lui also contributes to the community and organisations in Hong Kong through his participation and services in different professional bodies including university, hospital, government and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
