Mr Louis Sze is the CEO and co-founder of Syngular Technology, which is an augmented reality application development company, focusing on using augmented reality to assist surgical execution and enable remote collaboration with an immersive experience. His company is the awardee of HK Tech 300 angel fund and was recently admitted to the HKSTP Incu-bio programme.

Before his recent venture in Syngular, Mr Sze also founded two other medtech companies, which specialized in medical 3D printing and AI-assisted retinal image diagnostic respectively. As a serial entrepreneur and business consultant, Mr Sze has a background in biomedical engineering, orthopaedics, artificial intelligence, AR/VR and entrepreneurship research. He is also very familiar with the Hong Kong start-up ecosystem, as a few of his companies have been admitted to HKSTP and he has been active in giving technical sharing to the industry and mentored students in different competitions.
