Mr Eric Yeung is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Skyzer VC Group and is active in the IT industry. He is the Founding President of the Esports Association Hong Kong, the Founder and Honorary President of Smart City Consortium and the Honorary Associate Professor of Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration at Hong Kong Metropolitan University.
While leading the company's business development, Mr Yeung is committed to promoting the development of Hong Kong's esports industry. He is currently the Founding President of Esports Association Hong Kong. In recent years, esports has become a global emerging sport. In 2018, the Indonesian Jakarta Asian Games eSports was included in the demonstration sport, preparing for the official project of the Hangzhou Asian Games in 2022.
As the head of the team, Mr Yeung led the Hong Kong Esports Asian Games delegation to the demonstration site to visit the event and discuss the development of the industry with local esports institutions. With regard to youth development, Mr Yeung advocates youth contribution to society. He disseminates positive information to the public with a view to shaping a harmonious society with innovative technology.
Mr Yeung is the Vice President of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Small and Medium Business. He is also a Council Member of the “Customs YES” Executive Committee and Members of the Road Safety Council and a Member of The Junior Police Call - Central Advisory Board (JPC CAB). In 2010, he was selected as the 4th Young Leader of the Junior Chamber International Harbour.
