Mr Eric Kuo Wai-keung was listed in the "Forbes China 30 Under 30" and "Hurun Report Under 30 Entrepreneurial Leaders List" in 2019 and 2020 respectively. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Engineering and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Master of Philosophy.

Mr Kuo has been focusing on the field of innovation and technology. As the inventor of more than twenty patents, he has won various national and international innovation technology awards. As the person in charge of a national high-tech enterprise, Mr Kuo led several projects to be listed in the market. His company was rated as the top 100 science and technology enterprises in Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macau and the top 100 outstanding enterprises in China in 2020 and 2022 respectively.

Mr Kuo is actively building a start-up ecosystem and serves as a judge and mentor for different innovation and technology competitions such as the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, Hong Kong Techathon and Hult Prize. As the co-chairman of the World Innovation and Technology Organization, he has been incubating and supporting technology projects in various fields, including information technology, artificial intelligence, financial technology and biomedical technology.
