Mr Alfred Lee got his Bachelor of Applied Science degree from University of Pennsylvania and Master of Business Administration from Boston University. At the moment, he is the director of InnoGreen Environmental Limited which he founded about 10 years ago and also the director of Oriental Landscapes Limited. Both companies are involved in greening and landscape projects. Besides, he is serving the society through HKSAR Government committees and the following organisations:

2. 2. Working Group on External Lighting (Environment Bureau, HKSAR) - Member
3. 3. Cleaner Production Partnership Programme Project Management Committee (Environmental Protection Department, HKSAR) - Committee Member
4. 4. The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce - Standing Committee Member
5. 5. Green Council – Executive Committee Member
6. 6. Hong Kong Baptist University – Honorary Fellowship
