Dr Ng Chi-ho is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Suga International Holdings Limited. He has over 40 years of management experience in the electronic industry. He had been teaching Electronic Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic for four years. He is a chartered engineer, a fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, U.K., a university fellow and an honorary life president of the Development Foundation of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Dr Ng is the Chairman of Hong Kong Electronic Industries Association and the honorary chairman of Hong Kong Electronic Industries Council. For years, he has been actively supporting the development of the electronic industry in the territory. He is also a founding partner of Hong Kong – Shenzhen United Investment Fund, investing in and supporting technology startup enterprises.

Dr Ng holds a BSc. degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a M. Phil degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and an Honorary Doctorate of Engineering degree from Lincoln University, U.S.A.
