Dr Michael Kwong is a general partner of Allotrope Capital Limited and has plenty of experience in doing and investing in tech start-ups. He is also the Chairman of the Asia Branding and Franchising Association, an exco member of The Hong Kong Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology, director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Association and the Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage Association, and independent non-executive director of Citychamp Watch and Jewellery Group Limited (256) listed on HKEX. Dr Kwong was awarded with BA (Hon), MBA, and DBA. He has co-authored several books, including “Quantum Dialogue”, “A Discourse on Legacy” and “Relationship Marketing”.

Dr Kwong has 30 years of experience in corporate consulting and training. He is a Certified Management Consultant, a fellow of the International Institute of Management, a fellow of the International Institute of Management and a senior trainer, certified by the Vocational Accreditation Board, State Council, PRC. He has conducted training for HKU SPACE, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Hong Kong Hotels Association, Institute of Management Consultants Hong Kong, and Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management.
